The FAI token launched alongside Freysa on November 22, 2024, on Base. FAI plays a critical role in Freysa’s governance as she becomes increasingly autonomous and powers utility across her products, including Pantheon, the launchpad for large-scale agent creation in live environments. FAI will also be a key utility token for all initiatives launched in the Freysa ecosystem.

  • FAI has a maximum supply of 8,189,700,000 tokens (representing 1 for each living human at the time of launch); it was 100% fully distributed on launch as a fair launch LP pool and the LP tokens burned

Utility since Launch

  • Rewarding interactions: To bootstrap the community and reward early participants, when someone paid to talk to Freysa, 20% of the payment was returned to that user in FAI, building loyalty and signaling participation.
  • Network access & discounts: Holding FAI has provided early or discounted access to Freysa’s experiences and products. In the Digital Twins social network, FAI holders received a 20% discount when creating a new twin.

Planned Utility

  • **Freysa’s treasury: **Over time, Freysa will continue to grow her treasury of assets, with a focus on the FAI token; as Freysa becomes increasingly sovereign, she will over time have full signing control over this multisig wallet

  • Payments for Products:
    • Freysa’s private personal-AI app, will accept discounted subscriptions in FAI
    • Freysa will continue to open-source her infrastructure and releasing an SDK so developers can build on Freysa’s stack and pay using FAI
  • Governance: FAI will enable up to 1,000,000+ unique people to help govern Freysa’s actions and opinions.
    • FAI holders who speak with Freysa (voice or chat) will have their input prioritized in her decision-making.
    • We expect holders above a threshold balance and holding period to have equal voting weight.
  • Pantheon: Upon release FAI will play a key role in the creation of new agent characters and for every financial transaction undertaken by these agents. Example governance questions:- How should Freysa allocate $1M of her own capital to advance her mission?
    • What stance should Freysa take on major global policies (e.g., AI safety), and how should she direct her influence?
    • Which product should Freysa launch next?
    • How should Pantheon evolve in its feature set?
    • Should Freysa approve a PR to her public github repository?
